Overview

Join us for an immersive experience focused on health, wellness, and herbalism at Nananomkrom in Ghana. This unique retreat offers hands-on workshops, cultural experiences, and the chance to connect with nature in the beautiful Adukrom-Akuapem mountains.
Includes meals, accommodations, and activities. Limited spots available! The full cost of this retreat is GHS18,000 equivalent to $1600. Initial deposit is non refundable – GHS4500 is Equivalent to$400.

Itinerary

Thursday 24th - Travel day – Arrival at Dzatafia’s Farm

– Settle in, welcome session, short herb walk, communal dinner
– Welcome full moon party with bonfire

Friday 25th Farm tour

– Farm tour with plan Identification
– Plant spirit & gratitude
– Communal dinner preparation
– Evening relaxation
– Welcome dinner

Saturday 26th Detox & cleansing

– Detox & cleansing (foot soaks, clay masks)
– Silent hours
– Yoni and facial steams / soil grounding and guided stretching

Sunday 27th

– Build your own herbal tea workshop
– Service hours on the farm
– Reflective journaling, drawing and group bonfire with fire release ceremony

Monday 28th - Waterfall excursion

– Asenema waterfall, enjoy a picnic, relax

Tuesday 29th

– Farm walk and herbal oil infusion workshop
– Land listening plant sit hours
– Story circle

Wednesday 30th - Travel day - Departure

– Optional extended excursion
– Cape Coast

Thursday 1st : Departure

– Transport to the airport or extended stay options

Submit a non refundable Ghs4500 deposit to secure your spot for the Ghana Wellness Retreat by August 2026. After payment, you will receive an email with next steps and required forms. The remaining Ghs13500 will follow your selected payment plan and must be paid in full 30 days before the trip start date.
